Some thing I learned and tried . Plant some radish
and let them go to seed . Pick the seed pods when they are plump, they are great raw or in a
stir fry . An added bonus is its a early flower the bees
like.
Have you ever heard of Rat Tailed Radish? I grew them last year and that is all they are... the seed pods. No radishes grow under ground. And the seeds pods taste like radishes!

ReplyDeleteYippee! They are edible! I just harvested a bunch from our garden, white icicle variety. Excited to pickle them and use like capers!
